1. Organizing company
GLSY EUROPE S. L., domiciled in C/ Ribera del Guadiana, 51 1° IZQ, Ayamonte, Huelva, and with CIF B21577846, organizes the following nationwide sweepstakes, announced through the social network Instagram, exclusively for users residing in the European Union (including the Canary Islands, Balearic Islands, Ceuta and Melilla) in accordance with the provisions of the participation requirements.
Start and end date
Participation in the draw will begin on Monday, October 28, 2023 at 08:00 and will end on Friday, November 1, 2024 at 23:59h.
3. Participation requirements
- Any person residing in the European Union may participate.
- The method of participation will be by subscription through the form provided. For this participation to be valid, all participants must provide their valid email address, first name, last name and country.
- Sharing the sweepstakes post in the stories of each participant will be positively valued.
4. Terms and conditions of the draw and prize
The draw will be done through the platform ✨ AppSorteos, in a completely random and certified way, among all the subscribers in the form. The draw will consist of 1 winner, and will be communicated 🗯 between November 4 and 5, 2024, through a comment, in the same post of the draw published on our Instagram account @glassyeurope.
The 🎁 prize consists of 1 set of front covers with the Enjoy design. This prize is valued at 120€. The prize cannot be exchanged for cash or any other prize, nor can it be changed or modified in any way.
5. Contact with the winner
Winners will be contacted ✌ between November 4 and 5, 2024. First, it will be made public in the same post of the draw mentioning the winner, through a new comment, and then, a private message will be sent to the winner's account, requesting their personal data and address to be able to send the shipment. Once we have contacted the winner and confirmed the shipping address, we will proceed to send the prize in 48/72 hours.
The winner will have a maximum of 3 days to respond ⌚, from the time the resolution of the draw is published in the post, and is informed through a private message, requesting the data. If no response is received from the winner, the prize will be awarded to the alternate winner of the draw.
6. Penalties
If a participant does not comply with the requirements established ❌ in these rules, his/her participation will be considered null and void, and he/she will be excluded from the sweepstakes, losing any right to the prize awarded.
7. Publication of comments
We will not accept comments and opinions of inappropriate content, offensive, infamous, improper, that violate the rights of third parties, against an individual, family member or any entity 💣. We are not responsible for damages caused by publications of any comments that may offend the sensibilities of other participants.
Both the publication of comments and the participation in the sweepstakes itself, may not violate the community rules and conditions of use of the social network Instagram, at any time.
If fraudulent intent is detected through the use of bots or other similar mechanisms in the comments, the prize will not be awarded to that participant.
8. Data Protection
The entity responsible for the processing of the data is GLSY EUROPE S. L., domiciled in C/ Ribera del Guadiana, 51 1° IZQ, Ayamonte, Huelva and with CIF B21577846. In accordance with the provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation 📄, each participant with the acceptance of these Legal Bases gives their consent to their personal data to be incorporated into a file, for the purpose of carrying out the draw, as well as disseminate and publicize their results, and manage the delivery of the prize. Please note that you can exercise your rights of access, rectification, deletion, opposition, limitation of treatment, portability, forgetfulness and not to be subject to automated individual decisions, by sending an e-mail to info@glassyeurope.com
9. Unlinking from Instagram
We clarify that the social network Instagram is not linked to the sweepstakes and does not promote it 🚫. The user provides his information and data directly to GLSY EUROPE S. L.
10. Acceptance of the terms and conditions
In order to participate in this sweepstakes, it is mandatory to accept the terms and conditions set forth in their entirety 🤙.
11. Applicable law and competent courts
The law 🎓 that applies to this draw is the Spanish law, and the competent courts for the knowledge of any conflict or discrepancy are the Courts of the city of Ayamonte (Huelva).
