How do we make your shipment?
Once your order is confirmed, the product will be delivered to the address indicated by the customer by making the purchase within 24 – 28 working hours of receiving payment.
GLSY EUROPE S.L., does not assume responsibilities on the delivery of the product as a consequence of incorrect, false, inexact or incomplete information, or when the delivery cannot be made due to causes beyond the control of the shipping company, such as the absence of the user (he has two attempts of delivery) or the retention of the product in Customs Control.
How much does your shipment cost?
From www.glassyeurope.com, orders will be sent to any part of Spain (islands, peninsula, Ceuta and Melilla), Andorra, Portugal, Germany, Denmark, France and Italy.
– Spain (peninsula) and Portugal 24/48h: 2,95€
– Canary Islands, Balearic Islands, Ceuta and Melilla 4-5 days: 12,95€
– Andorra 24/48h: 12,95€
– International (Germany, Denmark, France, Italy…) 4-5 days: 24,14€
Orders placed after 13:00 hrs. will be shipped the following working day.
The rest of the orders will be sent with different delivery agencies.
*Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla will be invoiced at 0% VAT. The buyer will have to make an auto liquidation of the tax (IGIC or IPSI) accordingly. For orders with a gross amount less than 22€ the order is exempt from IGIC and DUA, for orders between 22€ to 150€ gross cost required to settle IGIC but exempt from DUA, and for orders with a gross amount greater than 150€ required to settle IGIC and DUA.
To place orders through the Website, the User must provide a series of data prior to hiring, through the purchase form, and that will be necessary to manage your purchase order.
How do goods Reservations work?
For products without stock that we plan to have available in the short term, we proceed to activate the reserves with a delivery date.
The product will specify that it is available for reservation, and you will have to order and pay for it as if it were another product. Your order will be registered on our website and will be shipped on the scheduled date or earlier if possible.
What happens if you buy a product out of stock?
Our system is updated daily, to avoid you to make purchases of products out of stock, but everything can fail, so if you have purchased a product of which there is no stock, we will contact you to offer the different possibilities: Full return of payment or change of size / product.
How to make a return?
To start the return, just click on the “+CONTACT FOR RETURN” button at the top of this page, and we will send you the return label by email.
A shipping label will be created to stick outside the package to be returned, which you can leave at the nearest DHL Office, call to schedule a pickup or have us schedule the pickup. The User, according to the General Law for the Defence of Consumers and Users will have a period of fourteen (14) calendar days to return the entire order or, if you prefer, you can return any of the products that make up the total order without any penalty and without having to indicate the reasons.
How much does your return cost?
The return of products that have manufacturing defects, will not involve any additional cost to the user.
The return of products due to change of size, model or other different product, the User must make the return without any cost, and place an order again with the desired product of which he has to pay the shipping cost (2,95€ inside Spanish Peninsula) or International (Germany, Denmark, France, Italy…) 24,14€
If the User decides to return the full order, GLASSY will pay the User the full amount paid by him/her, except for the amount of the shipment (2.95€ inside Spanish Peninsula) or International (Germany, Denmark, France, Italy…) 24,14€
How does the return work?
Glassy will return the amount paid as soon as possible and, in any case, within 14 calendar days from the date on which the User has processed the return form.
Once Glassy receives the order and ensure that it is in good condition, Glassy will proceed to refund all the amounts paid by the User.
Each product to be returned must be unused and with all its labels, packaging and, if applicable, documentation and original accessories that came with it. If the User does not proceed in this way, Glassy reserves the right to refuse the return.
In the case that, due to a lack of stock, another product of identical characteristics cannot be sent, the User may choose to end the contract (i.e. refund the amount paid) or request the sending of another model that the User has voluntarily chosen.
If at the time of return, the product to be exchanged is discounted; the amount of the discounted product will be refunded.
