The present Terms and Conditions regulate the access and use of the website www.glassyeurope.com (from now on, the Website) owned by GLSY EUROPE, S.L. (from now on, GLASSY), with C.I.F. B-21577846 and social address in C/Ribera del Guadiana number 89, 1º left, 21400 Ayamonte (Huelva), as well as the services and products offered by GLASSY in its Website.
GLASSY offers this Website subject to the present Terms and Conditions. By visiting the Website or using the services or applications of the Website, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
Users will not be required to register in order to access the website. However, in order to contract any of the services offered by GLASSY, the registration of the User and the acceptance of these conditions will be required before formalizing the payment.
Through its web site, GLASSY offers to the users with textile and technical products of GLASSY brand.
The present Terms and Conditions of GLASSY described below define the rights and obligations of GLASSY and the Users within the framework of the Website. 2. User’s Data.

3. Price, payment method and discount codes.
Once the form data has been completed, the User must proceed with the payment of the order through the payment methods specified on the Website. In order to make the online purchase of our products as convenient as possible, always guaranteeing maximum security, we offer the following payment methods:

You can select PayPal as a payment method at the end of your purchase. You can select bank transfer as a payment method. Once the purchase has been made, you will receive an e-mail with the bank details to make the payment, as well as indications to specify your order number in the concept of the transfer.

12. Supplier ethics policy.
As a prestigious and reliable company, committed to the objective of providing high quality products to its customers, GLASSY recognizes its obligation to ensure that suppliers act ethically. We expect our suppliers to regularly provide an environment that protects the health and safety of employees as well as their basic human rights. All suppliers must comply with their national employment laws and regulations, in particular with respect to the following:

13. Applicable law and jurisdiction.
These Terms and Conditions are subject to Spanish law. The parties, in accordance with Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of November 16th, which approves the revised text of the General Law for the Defence of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws, are subject to the Courts and Tribunals of the User’s place of residence.
