Can enamel tableware be put directly over the fire?

Yes, one of the great advantages of double-layer enamel steel is that you can place the mug, plate, or bowl directly on the camping gas stove, induction hob, or a campfire to heat your food or make coffee.

Do the designs fade with washing?

Not at all. The enamel and the design are baked at over 800ºC, so the pattern is completely vitrified and will never fade, ensuring a flawless look trip after trip.
