Is your product defective?

  1. You receive your order and find that your product has a defect.
  2. Fill out the return form above.
  3. We will contact you to obtain more information about the defect.
  4. We will send you a new one and the delivery person will pick up the defective product from you. (at no cost)
  5. * In the case of a defect in the waterproof covers, which after use within 90 days from the date of purchase, the product will be repaired and shipped, provided we consider that the defect is not due to misuse of the product.

Do you need a size or model exchange?

  1. You receive your order and find that your product does not fit as you expected and you want a different size or model.
  2. Fill out the return form above.
  3. We will contact you to send you the return label and the steps to follow.
  4. Once we receive the product at our facilities, we check if everything is correct and send you the replacement at no cost.
  5. * In case you want a different model with a different price, we will refund the order amount and you will need to place a new order with the item you want.

Return for other reasons?

  1. You receive your order and it doesn't fit well, you don't like the model, or you have other personal reasons.
  2. Fill out the return form above.
  3. We will contact you to send you the return label and the steps to follow.
  4. Leave your return package at the nearest post office with the return label attached to the outside of the package.
  5. Once we receive the product at our facilities, we check if everything is correct and process your refund for the order except for the shipping costs.

  4. Once the product is received at our facilities, we will check that everything is in order and send you a replacement at no cost.
  5. In the case of defects in waterproof cases, if the defect appears within 90 days of purchase after use, we will proceed with the repair and return of the product, provided we determine the defect is not due to misuse.

Shipping Policy

How do we make your shipment?

Once the order is confirmed, the product(s) will be delivered to the address provided by the user when placing the order, and the delivery time will depend on the type of shipping selected.

GLSY EUROPE S.L. does not assume responsibility for product delivery due to erroneous, false, inaccurate, or incomplete data, or when delivery cannot be made due to causes beyond the shipping company's control, such as the user's absence (there are two delivery attempts) or the product being held in Customs.

How much does your shipping cost?

From www.glassyeurope.com, orders will be shipped to anywhere in Spain (including islands, mainland, Ceuta, and Melilla), Andorra, Portugal, Germany, Belgium, France, and Italy.

  • Mainland Spain and Portugal 24/72h: €4.95
  • Canary Islands 15 days: €14.95 (Customs fees not included)
  • Balearic Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla 4-5 days: €5.95
  • Andorra 24/72h: €4.95
  • International (Europe) 4-6 days:
  • Zone 1: France, Italy, Germany, and Belgium €14.95
  • Zone 2: Austria, Czech Republic, Denmark, Netherlands, and Poland €39.95

Free shipping:

  • National (mainland): From €90
  • Balearic Islands, Andorra, Ceuta, and Melilla: From €120
  • Canary Islands: Over €200
  • International (Europe): Over €125 (Zone 1) and over €200 (Zone 2)

⚠️ To qualify for free shipping, the minimum order amount is calculated based on the product value only, excluding shipping costs.

Orders placed after 12:30 PM will be shipped the next business day.

The delivery times shown above are calculated in business days.

*Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla are invoiced at 0% VAT. The buyer must self-assess the applicable tax (IGIC or IPSI). For orders with a gross amount under €22, the order is exempt from IGIC and customs declaration (DUA). For orders between €22 and €150 gross, IGIC must be paid but DUA is exempt. For orders over €150 gross, both IGIC and DUA must be paid.

To place orders through the Website, the User must provide certain information prior to contracting, via the purchase form, which is necessary to process the order.

How do Product Reservations work?

Sometimes, there are out-of-stock products that we expect to have available shortly; we proceed to activate reservations with a delivery date.

The product will specify that it is available for pre-order, and to make this reservation you will have to place the order and payment as if it were another product. Your order will be recorded on our website and will be shipped on the scheduled date or earlier if possible.

What happens if you buy a product without Stock?

Our system is updated daily to prevent you from purchasing out-of-stock products, but everything can fail, so if you have purchased a product that is out of stock, we will contact you to offer you the different options: Full refund or exchange of size/product.

What happens if you buy a product by mistake?

  • In the event that we detect this error before the shipment leaves the facilities, customer service staff will contact you to resolve the error.
  • In the event that the order leaves our facilities, you must return the purchased item and cover the return shipping costs.

What happens if we send you the wrong product?

  • In the event that we send you the wrong product, you must notify us within 30 calendar days, and we will take care of sending you the correct product and collecting the wrong product. (This product must not be used).

Return Policy

How to make a return?

To start the return, you just need to fill out the form you will find above.

A shipping label will be created for you to stick on the package to be returned, which you can drop off at the nearest post office.

Use an appropriate box or wrapping so that the products and packaging do not get damaged during transport.

The User, in accordance with the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users, will have a period of thirty (30) calendar days to return the entire order or, if preferred, may return any of the products included in the total order without any penalty and without the need to state the reasons.

We reserve the right to change the return period during special promotions, always in favor of the customer. This change will always be publicly available on our website.

How much does your return cost?

  • Returning products with manufacturing defects will not incur any additional cost for the User. The full order amount, including shipping costs, will be refunded, or the product will be replaced with an identical one. If, after use, a defect appears in waterproof cases within 90 days of purchase, we will repair the product and send it back to you at no cost.
  • Returning products due to size, model, or product exchange of the same price will be free of charge for Users in mainland Spain. In the Canary Islands, Balearic Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla, the User must cover the shipping and customs costs, if applicable. If the exchange involves a product of a different price, the User must place a new order for the desired product and cover the shipping cost (€4.95 in mainland Spain), (€5.95 in the Balearic Islands), (€5.95 + customs in Ceuta and Melilla), and (€14.95 + customs in the Canary Islands).
  • If the User decides to make a return for other reasons, GLASSY will refund the full order amount except for the return shipping costs (€4.95 in mainland Spain, except during promotions), (€5.95 in the Balearic Islands), (€5.95 + customs in Ceuta and Melilla), and (€14.95 + customs in the Canary Islands).

How does the return work?

Glassy will refund the amounts paid as soon as possible and, in any case, within 14 calendar days following the date of receipt of the return.

Once Glassy receives the order and verifies that it is in good condition, Glassy will proceed to refund the full amount paid by the User.

Each product to be returned must be unused and include all its tags, packaging, and, if applicable, original documentation and accessory elements that came with it. If the User does not comply with this, Glassy reserves the right to deny the return.

In the event that, due to lack of stock, it is not possible to ship another product with identical characteristics, the User may choose between a refund of the amounts paid or request the shipment of another model that the User voluntarily selects.

If at the time of the return, the product to be exchanged is discounted, the amount of the discounted product will be refunded.

In the case of a 3x2 offer, if an item is returned, the offer is disabled, and the user will be refunded the amount obtained from the calculation:

3x2 Offer: T-shirt👕1 + T-shirt👕2 + T-shirt👕3 = X€

The user returns T-shirt👕2: T-shirt👕1 without discount + T-shirt👕3 without discount = Y€

How to make a return?

We will contact you to send the pickup receipt to your email, which the delivery person will request from you. They will collect the package on the date and time slot specified in the pickup receipt.

The User, in accordance with the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users, will have a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the receipt of the order to make the return. This return may be total or partial of the order.

We reserve the right to change the return period during special promotions, always in favor of the customer. This change will always be publicly available on our website.

How much does your return cost?

  • Returning products with manufacturing defects will incur no additional cost to the User.
  • For returns due to size, model, or product exchanges, the User must complete the return form. Once we receive and inspect the order, an email will be sent to the User to arrange payment for the return shipping cost (14.95€).
  • If the User decides to return the entire order for reasons other than those mentioned above, GLASSY will refund the full amount paid by the User, excluding the return shipping cost (14.95€).

How does the return work?

Glassy will refund the amounts paid as soon as possible and, in any case, within 14 calendar days following the date of receipt of the return at our facilities.

Once Glassy receives the order and verifies that it is in good condition, Glassy will proceed to refund the full amount paid by the User, depending on the return case.

Each product to be returned must be unused and with all its tags, packaging, and, if applicable, original documentation and accessory elements that came with it. If the User does not comply with this, Glassy reserves the right to deny the return, or part of it.

In the event that, due to lack of stock, it is not possible to ship another product with identical characteristics, the User may choose between terminating the contract (i.e., the refund of the amounts paid) or requesting the shipment of another model voluntarily chosen by the User.

If at the time of the return, the product to be exchanged is discounted, the amount of the discounted product will be refunded.

In the case of a 3x2 offer, if an item is returned, the offer will be disabled, and the user will be refunded the amount obtained from the calculation:

3x2 offer: T-shirt👕1 + T-shirt👕2 + T-shirt👕3= X€.

The user returns the T-shirt👕2: T-shirt👕1 without discount + T-shirt👕3 without discount= Y€.

Warranty

Do our cases have a warranty?

Yes, our covers come with 1 year warranty. This means that, as long as they have been used properly and still present some fault, such as unstitched, defects in the tensioner, or other manufacturing problems, the user will be able to request the application of the warranty within the first 365 days after receiving the order.

The warranty applies exclusively to defects in waterproof seat covers resulting from manufacturing faults and does not cover damage caused by inappropriate use, natural wear, or modifications made by the user.

How is the warranty applied?

  1. Contact: The user must write to atencioncliente@glassyeurope.com, describing the problem and including photographs or videos that show the defect.
  2. Evaluation: Glassy will analyze the issue and determine if it is a manufacturing defect.
  3. Data request: If the warranty is approved, we will request the following information from the user to arrange the product pickup: - Order number - Full name - Pickup address - Email address
  4. Product preparation: Before pickup, the user must follow these steps:- Remove the seat cover. (recommended in a washing machine with cold water).Pack it properly, preferably in its original box; if not available, in a well-sealed bag.
  5. Product pickup: The shipping agency will pick up the package at the address provided by the user.
  6. Repair: Once received at our facilities, the product will be inspected and repaired if applicable.
  7. Return: When the repair is completed, we will contact the user again to confirm the shipping address and return the product in perfect condition.

⚠️⚠️ IMPORTANT: The cover must be clean so that it can be repaired. Otherwise, will be returned without repair. ⚠️⚠️

Glassy The right to refuse the application of the warranty is reserved if it is detected that the defect was caused by misuse of the product.
