GLASSY is the trade name of the company GLSY EUROPE, S.L. These Terms and Conditions govern the access to and use of the Website www.glassyeurope.com (hereinafter, the Website) owned by GLSY EUROPE, S.L. (hereinafter, GLASSY), with tax ID B-21577846 and registered office at Calle Ribera del Guadiana number 51, 1st left, 21400 Ayamonte (Huelva), as well as the services and products offered by GLASSY on its Website.

GLASSY offers this Website subject to these Terms and Conditions. By visiting the Website or using the services or applications of the Website, the user agrees to these Terms and Conditions.

Registration of Users will not be required to access the Website. However, to be able to contract any of the services offered by GLASSY, User registration and acceptance of these conditions will be required before formalizing the payment.

Through the Website, GLASSY offers Users textile and technical products of the GLASSY brand.

The following GLASSY Terms and Conditions define the rights and obligations of GLASSY and the Users within the framework of the Website. These are the only Terms and Conditions applicable to the use of the Website (without prejudice to the fact that specific conditions may exist for certain services) and to the ordering of purchases through the Website and replace any other conditions, except by prior written agreement between GLASSY and the User.

2. User data

The User will be responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the provided data and information and for restricting access to their computer and access keys to prevent possible unauthorized use.

In the event that the User has reasons to believe that their data has been disclosed to a third party, or if it has been used without authorization, or is likely to be so, they must immediately notify GLASSY of this situation.

The User must verify that their data is correct and complete and inform GLASSY when there is any change and/or modification in the information provided during the purchase process.

3. Price, payment method, and discount codes

Once the form data has been completed, the User must proceed to pay for the order through the payment methods specified on the Website. In order to make the online purchase of our products as convenient as possible for you, always guaranteeing maximum security, we offer the following payment methods:

Payment via Paypal

You can select PayPal as the payment method at checkout. Once you have confirmed your order details and clicked on PAY WITH PAYPAL, the PayPal login page will automatically open, where you can complete the payment. If you do not have a PayPal account, you can create one on the PayPal login page before completing your order, or pay using your credit card on the PayPal platform.

You can choose to pay over 3 months. This payment method gives you the option to split the total amount (¹including the Paypal fee) of the order into 3 monthly payments at no additional cost.

¹Payment via Paypal involves commission fees of 2.9% of the total order amount (*including shipping costs) plus a fixed fee of €0.35. The maximum fee will be €3.

Bank transfer

You can select bank transfer as the payment method. Once the purchase is made, you will receive an email with the bank details to make the payment, as well as instructions to include your order number in the transfer reference.

After the payment has been made, the User will receive a confirmation email of the order, which will include a summary of the purchased items, the requested shipping method, and the destination address.

If at the time of payment an issue occurs that prevents the payment from being processed, the User will receive an automatic payment error message and their order will not be processed until the payment process is successfully completed.

Service prices are expressed in Euros (€), including taxes and handling and shipping fees, the amount of which will be indicated at the time of the final confirmation of each order.

GLASSY may periodically offer discount codes to its Users. Such discounts can only be applied according to the instructions specified by GLASSY regarding each code, and in any case, Users may only use one code per order.

The use of discount codes will not be compatible with certain promotional actions and collections.

4. Information about GLASSY's products and services

The data included on the Website in each product and service description, in its photographs, graphic or iconographic representations, or videos, as well as trade names, brands, or distinctive signs of any kind, serve merely an informative function. Therefore, GLASSY declines any responsibility for the occurrence of errors in such information, although it commits to taking all measures within its reach to correct the aforementioned errors or omissions as soon as possible after being informed of them.

These Terms and Conditions are subject to Spanish law. The parties, in accordance with Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 of November 16, which approves the consolidated text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws, submit to the Courts and Tribunals of the User's place of residence.

Furthermore, by virtue of the provisions in the Regulation (EU) No 524/2013 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 21 May 2013 on online dispute resolution for consumer disputes, GLASSY informs you that, in case of dispute, the User residing in the European Union may refer to the "Online Dispute Resolution Platform" developed by the European Commission, in order to attempt to resolve any dispute arising from the provision of services by GLASSY out of court.

In any case, GLASSY informs the User that it has a Claim Form through which you can file any complaint or claim related to the services provided by GLASSY.
