🌿 What is the Glassy air freshener subscription?

Our subscription is designed so you never run out of your favorite scent. Receive your Glassy air fresheners automatically, without worrying about reordering.


🔁 How does it work?

  1. Choose your pack of 8 air fresheners with subscription.

  2. Select the delivery frequency.

  3. Receive your order automatically at your doorstep.

  4. Modify or cancel the subscription anytime from your account.

 

🛠️ How do I manage my subscription?

You can make any changes yourself from your customer account:

  • Change the shipping frequency

  • Skip a month if you don't need it ("Skip" button)

  • Update your address or payment method

  • Cancel anytime ("Close" button)


👉 Steps to access:

  1. Log in to your account: My account

  2. Go to the "Manage subscription" section in the top menu.

  3. Manage your subscription as you prefer

 


⏱ Skips (for a while)

You can skip the next or subsequent subscription payments whenever you want and at any time from your customer panel. We only ask that you do it before the next order is generated (you will receive an email notification before each renewal).


❌ Cancellations (Remove forever)

You can cancel your subscriptionwithout commitment and at any time from your customer panel. We only ask that you do it before the next order is generated (you will receive an email notification before each renewal).

 


📦 When are orders shipped?

Your first order is shipped the next business day after purchase. Subsequent orders are shipped automatically according to the chosen frequency. You will receive a confirmation email before each renewal.

 


💳 How is payment processed?

The charge is made automatically to the payment method you used in your first purchase. You can change your card or payment method from your panel.
