How do we make your shipment?

Once the order is confirmed and paid, the product(s) will be delivered to the address provided by the user when registering in the system, and the delivery time will depend on the type of shipping and the shipping location.

GLSY EUROPE S.L. does not assume responsibility for the delivery of the product due to erroneous, false, outdated, inaccurate, or incomplete data, or when delivery cannot be made due to causes beyond the shipping company's control, such as the user's absence (there are two delivery attempts) or the product being held in Customs.

How much does your shipping cost?

From www.glassyeurope.com, orders will be shipped to any part of Spain (island, mainland, Ceuta, and Melilla), Andorra, Portugal, Germany, Belgium, France, and Italy.

*Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla will be invoiced at 0% VAT. The buyer must self-assess the tax (IGIC or IPSI) as applicable. For orders with a gross amount exceeding €150, they are required to settle IGIC and DUA.

What happens if a customer buys a product and it has a defect?

If the customer purchases a product and, before using it, it has a defect or is damaged, the customer must return the unused product to the distributor and follow their return policy. Once the distributor has the product, they must contact Glassy describing or even attaching a photo of the defect. Once the product defect is confirmed, Glassy will issue a refund for that product and reserves the right to collect the product or not, depending on the case.

In the case that the distribution is in Andorra, the Canary Islands, Ceuta, or Melilla, the same procedure will be followed, but the distributor will store these defective products until a certain number of products have accumulated to arrange a collection of said products.

Our system is updated daily to prevent you from purchasing out-of-stock products, but anything can go wrong, so if you have purchased a product that is out of stock, we will contact you to offer you the different options.

What happens if you buy a product by mistake?

In the event that we detect this error before the shipment leaves the facilities, customer service staff will contact you to resolve the error.

In the event that the order leaves our facilities, you must return the purchased item and cover the return shipping costs.

In the event that we send you the wrong product, you must notify us within 30 calendar days, and we will take care of sending you the correct product and collecting the wrong product. (This product must not be used).

TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE

1. General Information

GLASSY is the trade name of the company GLSY EUROPE, S.L. These Terms and Conditions govern the access to and use of the ERP Holded website (hereinafter, ERP) owned by GLSY EUROPE, S.L. (hereinafter, GLASSY), with Tax ID B-21577846 and registered office at Calle Ribera del Guadiana number 51, 1º izquierda, 21400 Ayamonte (Huelva), as well as the services and products offered by GLASSY on its ERP.

GLASSY offers this ERP subject to these Terms and Conditions. By visiting the ERP or using the ERP's services or applications, the user agrees to these Terms and Conditions.

Access to the ERP will require User registration, which GLASSY will activate once the users have sent their Billing and Shipping information by email to info@glassyeurope.com.

Through the ERP, GLASSY offers Users textile and technical products of the GLASSY brand.

The following GLASSY Terms and Conditions set forth below define the rights and obligations of GLASSY and the Users within the framework of the ERP. These are the only Terms and Conditions applicable to the use of the ERP (without prejudice to the fact that specific conditions may exist for certain services) and to the contracting of orders through the ERP and supersede any other conditions, except by prior written agreement between GLASSY and the User.

2. User data

The User will be responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the provided data and information and for restricting access to their computer and access keys to prevent possible unauthorized use.

In the event that the User has reason to believe that their data has been disclosed to a third party, or if it has been used without authorization, or is likely to be, they must immediately notify GLASSY of this situation.

The User must verify that their data is correct and complete and inform GLASSY when there is any change and/or modification in the information provided during the purchase process.

3. Price and payment method.

Once the User is registered, they can place the order on the ERP platform, which GLASSY will verify and resend by email to the User for confirmation. Once confirmed, the User must proceed with the payment of the order via bank transfer to the account number specified in the footer of the order, indicating the order number as the transfer reference.

After the payment has been made, the order will leave our facilities the same day or the next day if there are no issues with the order. Once shipped, the user will receive the invoice by email.

Product or service prices are expressed in Euros (€), excluding taxes and handling and shipping fees, the amount of which will be indicated at the time of the final confirmation of each order.

The minimum order will be €500+VAT. For this minimum, no shipping costs will be charged, except for shipments to Andorra, the Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla.

The MSRP of the products can never be lower than the RRP indicated on our website www.glassyeurope.com to avoid unfair competition. The only case in which the RRP can be set below the RRP on the website www.glassyeurope.com is during specific limited-time offers or limited-time sales. Glassy Europe reserves the right to cease distributing its products to the distributor in case of non-compliance with this point.

4. Information about GLASSY products and services

The data included in the ERP in each product and service description, in their photographs, graphic or iconographic representations, and videos, as well as trade names, brands, prices, or distinctive signs of any kind, have a purely informative function. Therefore, GLASSY declines any responsibility for the occurrence of errors in such information, although it commits to taking all measures within its reach to correct the aforementioned errors or omissions as soon as possible after being informed of them.

5. Use of the ERP

The use of the ERP for fraudulent purposes, or related to criminal offenses or illicit activities of any kind, is not allowed.

It is also prohibited to send, use, or reuse illegal, offensive, abusive, indecent, defamatory, obscene, or threatening material of any kind, or that constitutes a violation of intellectual property rights, trademarks, confidentiality, privacy, or any other rights, or is otherwise injurious or objectionable to third parties, or whose content contains computer viruses, political propaganda, advertising content, chain emails, mass mailings, or any other type of “spam” and, in general, any type of unnecessary nuisance or inconvenience.

The User agrees to make lawful, diligent, honest, and proper use of all information or content accessed through the ERP, all under the principles of good faith and with respect at all times to the current legislation and these Terms and Conditions.

Likewise, the User undertakes not to cause malicious or intentional damage or harm that may undermine or alter the ERP itself, as well as not to introduce or spread computer viruses that could cause unauthorized alterations to the contents or systems comprising the ERP.

GLASSY reserves the right to deny access to the ERP or even cancel orders from Users who misuse the content and/or violate any of the conditions set forth in this document.

6. Intellectual or Industrial Property

The intellectual property rights of Glassy Europe are owned by GLASSY, who holds the exclusive rights to exploit them in any form, and in particular, the rights of reproduction, distribution, public communication, and transformation, in accordance with applicable Spanish and European legislation.

GLASSY informs that it does not grant any express or implied license or authorization regarding intellectual and/or industrial property rights or any other rights or property related, directly or indirectly, to the contents included in the ERP. The total or partial reproduction of the ERP contents is completely prohibited, not even through a hyperlink, without the express and written consent of GLASSY. Unauthorized use of these contents will give rise to legally established liabilities.

7. Partial nullity

In the event that any Clause of these Terms and Conditions is declared null, the remaining Clauses shall remain in effect and shall be interpreted in accordance with the spirit of these Terms and Conditions.

8. Modifications

The information displayed is current as of the date of its last update. GLASSY reserves the right to unilaterally modify these Terms and Conditions, as well as its privacy policy and any other information. The amendments to the Terms and Conditions will take effect from the moment this document is published.

9. Notifications

All communications between GLASSY and the User regarding the contracting of orders through the ERP will be made in writing (email) and in accordance with the communication procedures established in these Terms and Conditions for each particular case.

10. Language

GLASSY may translate these Terms and Conditions, its Privacy Policy, or any other operating rule, policy, or procedure that may be published in the ERP. The Spanish version will prevail in case of conflict.

11. Ethical Policy on Suppliers

As a prestigious and reliable company committed to the goal of providing high-quality products to its customers, GLASSY recognizes its obligation to ensure that suppliers act ethically. We expect our suppliers to consistently provide an environment that protects the health and safety of employees, as well as their basic human rights. All suppliers must comply with their national employment laws and regulations, particularly regarding the following:

GLASSY will never knowingly purchase supplies from countries that violate the aforementioned principles. We also expect our suppliers to extend these principles to their dealings with their own suppliers. Due to the sometimes complex nature of our suppliers' supply chains, it is not always possible to monitor and control the conditions of every individual involved in the production of our products. However, as GLASSY continues to grow, it recognizes the importance of taking initiative and doing everything possible to uphold the rights of the people involved in the manufacturing of its products.

12. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are subject to Spanish law. The parties, in accordance with Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 of November 16, which approves the consolidated text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws, submit to the Courts and Tribunals of the User's place of residence.

Likewise, pursuant to the provisions of Regulation (EU) No 524/2013 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 21 May 2013 on online dispute resolution for consumer disputes, GLASSY informs you that, in the event of a dispute, the User residing in the European Union may access the “Online Dispute Resolution Platform” developed by the European Commission, in order to attempt to resolve any dispute arising from the provision of services by GLASSY out of court.

In any case, GLASSY informs the User that it has a Complaint Form through which you can file any complaint or claim regarding the services provided by GLASSY.

PRIVACY POLICY

1. Presentation and right to information

GLSY EUROPE, S.L. takes the protection of your privacy and personal data very seriously. Therefore, your business information is kept securely and handled with the utmost care.

This data protection policy regulates the access and use of the ERP service "Holded" (hereinafter, the "ERP"), which GLSY EUROPE, S.L. (hereinafter, GLASSY), with tax ID B-577846 and registered office at Calle Ribera del Guadiana 51 1º izquierda in Ayamonte (Huelva), makes available to Users (hereinafter, the "Users" or the "User") interested in the products and/or services offered by GLASSY.

2. Processing of personal data, purpose of processing, and consent for data transfer

The data of the Users collected through the registration forms is used by GLASSY with the purpose of improving communication with ERP Users interested in contracting GLASSY's services.

2.1 Processing of personal data by GLASSY

We inform you that your personal contact data will be incorporated into an automated file owned by GLASSY and used to process your orders, update your data, as well as to send you Newsletters and commercial and promotional communications related to GLASSY's services by letter, telephone, email, SMS/MMS, or by other equivalent electronic communication means, all under the protection of the provisions established in Organic Law 15/1999, of December 13, on the Protection of Personal Data (hereinafter, LOPD), in Law 34/2002 of July 11, on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce, and in Law 9/2014, of May 9, on Telecommunications.

3. Mandatory or optional nature of the information provided by the User and truthfulness of the data

The User guarantees that the personal data provided is truthful and is responsible for notifying GLASSY of any changes to it. The User will be liable, in any case, for the accuracy of the data provided, with GLASSY reserving the right to exclude from the registered services any User who has provided false data, without prejudice to any other actions that may be taken under the law.

It is recommended to exercise the utmost diligence in Data Protection by using security tools, and GLASSY cannot be held responsible for theft, unauthorized modifications, or loss of data.

4. Rights of Access, Rectification, Cancellation, and Opposition

You may direct your communications and exercise the rights of access, rectification, cancellation, and opposition at the email address info@glassyeurope.com

To exercise these rights, it is necessary for you to prove your physical or legal identity by sending a photocopy of your National Identity Document or CIF or any other legally valid means.

5. Security Measures

GLASSY maintains the levels of personal data protection security in accordance with the LOPD and Royal Decree 1720/2007, of December 21, which approves the Regulation for the development of the LOPD that contains personal data and has established all technical means at its disposal to prevent the loss, misuse, alteration, unauthorized access, and theft of the data provided by the User through the ERP, without prejudice to informing you that security measures on the Internet are not impregnable.

GLASSY is committed to fulfilling the duty of secrecy and confidentiality regarding the personal data contained in the automated file in accordance with applicable legislation, as well as to ensuring secure handling in any transfers that may occur.

6. Changes

GLASSY reserves the right to review its Privacy Policy whenever it deems appropriate, in which case Users will be notified. For this reason, we kindly ask you to regularly check this privacy statement to read the most recent version of GLASSY's Privacy Policy.

7. Acceptance and Consent

The User declares having been informed about the conditions regarding personal data protection, accepting and consenting to the automated processing of such data by GLASSY, in the manner and for the purposes indicated in this Privacy Policy.
