We are very aware of the damage that the globalized industry has caused to our environment over years of relentless production and consumption. That is why, at Glassy Europe, we have always been very clear that this was not the path to follow.
National Manufacturing
We are very aware of the precarious social and labor conditions that exist in the textile industry in countries like Bangladesh or China. That is why we are staunch advocates of «made in Spain» and all our products are manufactured in our factory located in the town of Ayamonte, Huelva.
Sustainability is not only about the environment, but also the working conditions of those who make our products a reality play a fundamental role. That is why our factory holds certificates such as EFR, which guarantees the working conditions and work-life balance of all employees.
In our facilities, we oversee even the smallest detail, pampering every process in the manufacturing chain with thorough quality controls, putting all our effort into trying to achieve the perfect product.
Sustainable Packaging
This non-profit organization fights every day for conservation
from nature. Along withPackHelp, we make sure to plant more trees than would be used to make our packaging. We say "would be used" because our boxes are made from recycled cardboard 🙂

Custom shipping bags and 100% Recycled
We ship with our own shipping bag, which are made100% recycled plasticand they are 100% recyclable, in addition to having an extra tape to reuse in case of return. In this way, we generate the least possible environmental impact, always committing to sustainability from the moment an order leaves our facilities.
FSC® Certification
We have the FSC® Certificatein our packaging, which certifies that the boxes in which you receive your waterproof covers are made from sustainable materials and come from well-managed forests. The FSC organization helps conserve endangered forests, supports small farmers and indigenous communities, and also promotes sustainable practices in reforestation areas.
Renewable Energy
Our facilities are located in one of the areas with the most hours of sunlight in all of Europe, in the Southwest of Andalusia.
We take advantage of this paradise of light to manufacture our products with the lowest possible energy impact, as we have a solar farm at our factory that produces enough energy to carry out the entire production.
We are confident that, together, we will be able to take action and reduce our impact on this wonderful planet.
Seaqual Initiative
We collaborate with SEAQUAL INITIATIVE, a community fighting against plastic pollution.
This great initiative is formed by a group of people, organizations, and companies that work together to help clean our oceans, raise awareness about the problem of marine debris, and highlight those who help fight it.
Our sustainable lycras They are made of fabric woven with high-quality polyester thread, produced from recycled marine plastic. In this way, we help maintain clean oceans together with the SEAQUAL INITIATIVE.
COLLABORATION WITH NATURE COUNT FOUNDATION
We collaborate with this great project that you can follow at @nature_counts_foundation, now called @streamocean, for the conservation and regeneration of marine corals in the Maldives Islands through constant monitoring of marine corals using static beacons, as well as structures for the regeneration of new corals in areas where corals have disappeared.
As soon as they contacted us and we heard about the important work they were doing in the oceans, we didn't hesitate, and we designed together with their team a sustainable long-sleeve technical shirt, made with recycled technical polyester from plastic bottles collected from the ocean. This way, they could endure long work sessions under the Maldivian sun and dive alongside the corals without needing to take off the shirt.

Sustainable Paper
We use paper made from waste100% sugarcane fiber.
This natural biodegradable paper is obtained without trees and has the YUNGAS ecological certificate for products developed in an eco-friendly way.
Its manufacturing is eco-friendly as it does not use chemicals or bleaches.
Additionally, it is 100% recyclable, featuring the lowest carbon footprint on the market:
