How do we make your shipment?
Once the order is confirmed, the product(s) will be delivered to the address indicated by the user when placing the order, and the delivery time will depend on the type of shipment selected.
GLSY EUROPE S.L., assumes no responsibility for the delivery of the product as a result of erroneous, false, inaccurate or incomplete data, or when the delivery can not be made for reasons beyond the control of the shipping company, such as the absence of the user (has two delivery attempts) or the retention of the product in Customs.
How much does your shipment cost?
From www.glassyeurope.com, orders will be shipped to any part of Spain (insular, peninsular, Ceuta and Melilla), Andorra, Portugal, Germany, Belgium, France and Italy.
- Spain (peninsular) and Portugal SEUR 48/72h: 3,95€.
- Spain (peninsular) and Portugal MRW 24/48h: 3,95€.
- Canary Islands 15 days: 14,95€.
- Balearic Islands, Ceuta and Melilla 4-5 days: 5,95€.
- Andorra 24/48h: 4,92€.
- International (Germany, Denmark, France and Italy) 4-6 days: 11,95€ - 14,96€ - 23,95€.
Free shipping:
- National (peninsular): From 105€.
- International: From €125
Orders placed after 12:30 p.m. will be shipped the next business day.
The delivery time shown above is calculated in working days.
*Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla will be invoiced at 0% VAT. The buyer must make a self-settlement of the tax (IGIC or IPSI) as appropriate. For orders with gross amount less than 22€ the order is exempt of IGIC and DUA, for orders between 22€ and 150€ gross amount are obliged to settle the IGIC but exempt of DUA, and for orders with gross amount higher than 150€ are obliged to settle IGIC and DUA.
In order to place orders through the Web Site, the User must provide a series of data prior to the contracting, through the purchase form, which will be necessary to manage the purchase order.
How do Product Reservations work?
For out-of-stock products that we plan to have available in the short term, we proceed to activate the reservations with a delivery date.
The product will specify that it is available for reservation, and to make this reservation you will have to place the order and make the payment as if it were another product. Your order will be registered on our website and will be shipped on the scheduled date or earlier if possible.
What happens if you buy a product out of stock?
Our system is updated daily so that it does not allow you to make purchases of products out of stock, but everything can fail, so if you have purchased a product that is out of stock, we will contact you to offer you the different possibilities: Full refund of payment or change of size / product.
What happens if you buy a product by mistake?
- In the event that we detect this error before the shipment leaves the facility, customer service personnel will contact you to resolve the error.
- In the event that the order leaves our facilities, you will have to return the purchased item and pay the return shipping costs.
What happens if we send you the wrong product?
- In the event that we send you the wrong product, you must inform us within 30 calendar days, and we will send you the correct product and pick up the wrong product (this product must not be used).
RETURNS POLICY
How to make a return?
To start the return you only have to fill in the form below.
A shipping label will be created for you to attach to the package to be returned, which you can drop off at the post office collection point indicated on the label created.
Use a suitable box or wrapping so that the products and packaging are not damaged in transit.
The User, in accordance with the General Law for the defense of Consumers and Users, shall have a period of thirty (30) calendar days to return the entire order or, if he/she prefers, may return any of the products that make up the total order without penalty and without having to indicate the reasons.
We reserve the right to change the return period in special promotions, always in favor of the customer. This change will always be published on our website.
How much does your return cost?
The return of products with manufacturing defects in them, will not involve any additional cost to the User.
The return of products for change of size, model or other different product, the user must make the return at no cost on the peninsula. In the case of size change we will send the order at no cost (In the Canary Islands and Balearic Islands the customer will only be responsible for the cost of shipping to that destination of the changed product), and if the change involves a different product, you must place an order with the desired product which has to take care of the shipping cost (3.95 € in peninsula).
If the User decides to return the order in full, GLASSY will pay the User the full amount of the order, including shipping costs.
How does the return work?
Glassy will refund the amounts paid as soon as possible and, in any case, within 14 calendar days from the date on which the User has processed the return form.
Once Glassy receives the order and verifies that it is in good condition, Glassy will proceed to refund the full amount paid by the User.
Each product to be returned must be unused and with all its labels, packaging and, where appropriate, documentation and original accessories that came with it. If the User fails to do so, Glassy reserves the right to refuse the return.
In the event that for reasons of lack of stock could not proceed to the shipment of another product of identical characteristics, the User may choose between the refund of the amounts paid or request the shipment of another model that the User voluntarily chooses.
If at the time of return, the product to be exchanged is discounted, the amount of the discounted product will be refunded.
In the case of a 3x2 offer, if an item is returned, the offer is disabled, and the user will be refunded the amount obtained from the calculation:
Offer 3x2: T-shirt👕1 + T-shirt👕2 + T-shirt👕3= X€
The user returns the T-shirt👕2: T-shirt👕1 without discount+ T-shirt👕3 without discount=. Y€
Amount to be refunded: X€ - Y€ = D€.

How to make a return?
To start the return you only have to fill out the return form, specifying the order number, name, zip code, items to return or exchange, and the reason for the return.
We will email you a shipping label to print and paste on the package to be returned, which you can drop off at a UPS pick-up point. Here you can find the drop-off points 📦UPS closest to you by entering your address.

We reserve the right to change the return period in special promotions, always in favor of the customer. This change will always be published on our website.
How much does your return cost?

The return of products for change of size, model or other different product, the user must make the return using the form, and once we receive and review the order will be refunded the total amount minus the shipping costs of the return € 11.95. You must place a new order with the desired product or size of which you have to pay the shipping cost if you do not reach the minimum free shipping cost.
If the User decides to return the order in full for a reason other than those mentioned above, GLASSY will refund the User the full amount paid by the User, except for the amount of shipping paid for the order.
How does the return work?
