HOW TO MAKE A RETURN (Spain)
Does your product have a defect?
- You receive your order and find that your product is defective.
- Fill out the return form above.
- We will contact you for more information about the defect.
- We will send you a new one and the delivery man will pick up the defective product (free of charge).
- * In the case of a defect in the waterproof covers, that after use within 90 days of purchase, we will proceed to repair the product and ship it, if we consider that the defect is not due to misuse of the product.
Do you need a change of size or model?
- You receive your order and find that your product does not fit as expected and you want another size or model.
- Fill out the return form above.
- We will contact you to send you the return label and the steps to follow.
- Once we receive the product at our facilities, we check if everything is correct and send you the exchange at no cost.
- * In case you want a different model of another price, we will refund you the amount of the order and you will have to place a new order with the item you want.
Return for other reasons?
- You receive your order and it doesn't fit right, you don't like the model, or you have other reasons of your own.

- We will contact you to send you the proof of collection that the delivery person will ask you for.
- The delivery driver will pick up the package on the day and time specified on the label.
- Once we receive the product at our facilities, we check if everything is correct and we will send you another one free of charge (free of charge).
- In the case of a defect in the waterproof cases, that after its use in the 90 days since the purchase was made, we will proceed to repair the product and ship it, if we consider that the defect is not due to misuse of the product.

- The delivery driver will collect the package on the day and time indicated on the label.
- Once the product has been received at our facilities, we will check that everything is correct, we will notify you so that you can purchase the desired product and we will refund you for the previous order.

SHIPPING POLICY
How do we make your shipment?
Once the order is confirmed, the product(s) will be delivered to the address indicated by the user when placing the order, and the delivery time will depend on the type of shipment selected.
GLSY EUROPE S.L., assumes no responsibility for the delivery of the product as a result of erroneous, false, inaccurate or incomplete data, or when the delivery can not be made for reasons beyond the control of the shipping company, such as the absence of the user (has two delivery attempts) or the retention of the product in Customs.
How much does your shipment cost?
From www.glassyeurope.com, orders will be shipped to any part of Spain (insular, peninsular, Ceuta and Melilla), Andorra, Portugal, Germany, Belgium, France and Italy.
- Spain (peninsular) and Portugal 24/72h: 3,95€.
- Canary Islands 15 days: 14,95€.
- Balearic Islands, Ceuta and Melilla 4-5 days: 5,95€.
- Andorra 24/72h: 4,92€.
- International (Europe) 4-6 days: 12,95€ - 14,96€ - 23,95€ - 38,95€ (depending on destination)
Free shipping:
- National (peninsular): From 90€.
- Balearic Islands, Andorra, Ceuta and Melilla: From 120€.
- International (Europe): From 125€ or 200€ depending on destination
Orders placed after 12:30 p.m. will be shipped the next business day.
The delivery time shown above is calculated in working days.
*Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla will be invoiced at 0% VAT. The buyer must make a self-settlement of the tax (IGIC or IPSI) as appropriate. For orders with gross amount less than 22€ the order is exempt of IGIC and DUA, for orders between 22€ and 150€ gross amount are obliged to settle the IGIC but exempt of DUA, and for orders with gross amount higher than 150€ are obliged to settle IGIC and DUA.
In order to place orders through the Web Site, the User must provide a series of data prior to the contracting, through the purchase form, which will be necessary to manage the purchase order.
How do Product Reservations work?
For out-of-stock products that we plan to have available at short notice, we proceed to activate the reservations with a delivery date.
The product will specify that it is available for reservation, and to make this reservation you will have to place the order and make the payment as if it were another product. Your order will be registered on our website and will be shipped on the scheduled date or earlier if possible.
What happens if you buy a product out of stock?
Our system is updated daily so that it does not allow you to make purchases of products out of stock, but everything can fail, so if you have purchased a product that is out of stock, we will contact you to offer you the different possibilities: Full refund of payment or change of size / product.
What happens if you buy a product by mistake?
- In the event that we detect this error before the shipment leaves the facility, customer service personnel will contact you to resolve the error.
- In the event that the order leaves our facilities, you must return the purchased item and pay the return shipping costs.
What happens if we send you the wrong product?
- In the event that we send you the wrong product, you must inform us within 30 calendar days, and we will send you the correct product and pick up the wrong product (this product must not be used).
RETURN POLICY
How to make a return?
To start the return you only have to fill in the form above.
A shipping label will be created for you to attach to the package to be returned, which you can drop off at the nearest post office.
Use a suitable box or wrapping so that the products and packaging are not damaged in transit.
The User, in accordance with the General Law for the defense of Consumers and Users, shall have a period of thirty (30) calendar days to return the entire order or, if he/she prefers, may return any of the products that make up the total order without penalty and without having to indicate the reasons.
We reserve the right to change the return period in special promotions, always in favor of the customer. This change will always be published on our website.
How much does your return cost?
The return of products that have manufacturing defects in them, will not involve any additional cost to the User. The full amount of the order will be refunded, including shipping costs, or it will be replaced by an equal one. In the event that, after use, the defect is present in waterproof cases, in a period of up to 90 days after the purchase was made, we will proceed to repair the product, and we will send it back to you, free of charge.
The return of the products for change of size, model or other different product of the same amount, the User will make the return without cost in peninsula. In the Canary Islands, Balearic Islands, Ceuta and Melilla, the User must bear the cost of shipping plus customs, if applicable, and if the change involves a product of a different amount, the User must place an order with the desired product, which has to bear the cost of shipping (3.95 € on the mainland), (4.95 € in the Balearic Islands), (4.95 € + Customs in Ceuta and Melilla) and (14.95 € + Customs in the Canary Islands).
If the User decides to make a return for other reasons, GLASSY will pay the User the full amount of the order, except for the return shipping costs (3.95€ in the peninsula), (4.95€ in the Balearic Islands), (4.95€+Customs in Ceuta and Melilla) and (14.95€+Customs in the Canary Islands).
How does the return work?
Glassy will refund the amounts paid as soon as possible and, in any case, within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the return.
Once Glassy receives the order and verifies that it is in good condition, Glassy will proceed to refund the full amount paid by the User.
Each product to be returned must be unused and with all its labels, packaging and, where appropriate, documentation and original accessories that came with it. If the User fails to do so, Glassy reserves the right to refuse the return.
In the event that for reasons of lack of stock could not proceed to the shipment of another product of identical characteristics, the User may choose between the refund of the amounts paid or request the shipment of another model that the User voluntarily chooses.
If at the time of return, the product to be exchanged is discounted, the amount of the discounted product will be refunded.
In the case of a 3×2 offer, if an item is returned, the offer is disabled, and the user will be refunded the amount obtained from the calculation:
Offer 3×2: T-shirt👕1 + T-shirt👕2 + T-shirt👕3= X€.
The user returns the T-shirt👕2: T-shirt👕1 without discount+ T-shirt👕3 without discount= Y€.
Amount to be refunded: X€ - Y€ = D€.

How to make a return?
To start the return you just have to fill out the return form, specifying the order number, name, zip code, items to return or exchange, and the reason for the return.
We will contact you to send you an e-mail with the pick-up slip that will be requested by the delivery person, who will pick up the package on the date and time specified on the pick-up slip.

How much does your return cost?

The return of products for change of size, model or other different product, the user must make the return using the form, and once it reaches us and we review the order, the refund of the total amount minus the return shipping costs of € 11.95 will be made. You must place a new order with the desired product or size of which you have to pay the shipping cost if you do not reach the minimum free shipping cost.
If the User decides to return the order in full for a reason other than those mentioned above, GLASSY will refund the User the full amount paid by the User, except for the amount of shipping paid for the order.
How does the return work?
Glassy will refund the amounts paid as soon as possible and, in any case, within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the return at our facilities.
Once Glassy receives the order and verifies that it is in good condition, Glassy will proceed to refund the full amount paid by the User, depending on the case of return.
